SHARE Family and Community Services received a grant of $3,000 to help pay for emergency hampers provided to the vulnerable people within our community who use the services of SHARE's Food Bank in Port Moody.

In December, SHARE introduced Emergency Hampers to supplement the regular distribution as part of our commitment to service to our vulnerable community members who are finding it difficult to make ends meet. Currently, 25 Emergency Hampers per week are needed.

Our dedicated SHARE staff and volunteers extend their heartfelt gratitude to the members of the city's Citizen Advisory Group. This group, comprised of community volunteers, played a crucial role in selecting the food bank as one of the recipients of the community grant program.
